Second man charged over stabbing in Great Barr

Police have charged a second man after a teenager was stabbed outside a college in Great Barr last week.

Rion Soloman, aged 19, has been charged with wounding and violent disorder and is due before Birmingham Magistrates Court Today.

It follows an incident near James Watt College in Aldridge Road, Old Oscott last Wednesday afternoon (27 Sept).

Another 19-year-old man has previously been charged with wounding and possessing a bladed weapon on educational premises.

Investigators are continuing with their enquiries and have set up a dedicated online portal for anyone who has information, dashcam or phone footage to submit.
