Man due in court on terrorism offences
The 22-year-old was arrested on suspicion of terrorism offences by West Midlands Police.
A 22-year-old man from Cardiff has been charged with terrorism offences and will appear before Westminster Magistrates Court today (26 July).
Kristen Persen was arrested by detectives from Counter Terrorism Policing West Midlands CTU on Monday in a pre-planned operation together with Counter Terrorism Policing Wales.
He has been charged with four offences of possessing documents of use to a terrorist and six offences concerning the distribution of a terrorist publication.
