Police have charged a man with attempted murder, after a man was shot at a shop in Birmingham.
It happened in Holyhead Road on 18 August.
Officers made an arrest in Leamington Spa on Thursday evening (21 September), and today (Saturday) Shaquarn Reid has been charged with attempted murder.
The 22-year-old is further charged with firearms possession offences, attempted robbery and resisting arrest.
Reid has been held in police custody and is due before Birmingham Magistrates Court.
The victim in the incident was taken to hospital with serious injuries, which were fortunately not life-threatening.
