Man charged for dangerous driving in Wolverhampton

A man is due in court today following a serious crash at the junction of Rookery Lane and Goldthorn Hill on Friday evening.

The 29-year-old was arrested on Saturday in Kent, as part of investigations into the two-car collision which happened at around 8.45pm.

Two people injured in the collision, a woman in her 60s and a teenage boy, remain in hospital in a critical but stable condition.

Juraj Kozar has been charged with two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

He's been held in West Mildands Police cells ahead of today’s hearing at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court.
