In Kind Direct help over 4,500 charities, distributing consumer products donated by companies, to charitable organisations across the UK.

These include personal hygiene products, cleaning products, clothing and children’s books and activities.

With more charitable organisations experiencing a reduction in income compared to the start of the year, they are urging more organisations to join their network to get support.

They help almost 200 charities in the West Midlands including Telford Crisis Support. Simon Lellow, the Operations Manager at the charity, tells us: "We're struggling to keep up with demand and to be able to carry on and support people the way we do. It's a battle for us and a battle for other charities.

"But the support that In Kind Direct offer is a huge help," he tells us.
