Police have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to in connection with an assault at a train station in Birmingham.

A man was waiting for a train when he was approached by another man with two women. He was then punched to the ground, leaving him needing 20 stitches.

It happened around 9:30pm on Saturday 11 May.

British Transport Police say they're keen to talk to the man in the images as they believe he may have information that could help their investigation and the two women present on the platform may have witnessed the incident and could have vital information.
