Five men charged with burglary offences after £85,000 worth of spirits found on lorry.

Five Birmingham men have appeared in court after being arrested on the M42 when officers stopped a heavy goods vehicle on cloned plates.
The lorry had failed to stop for police and was stung just before junction 7 and again at junction 9 where it came to a stop.
On board officers found 200 crates of stolen spirits worth £85,000.
A police vehicle was rammed and several other cars hit in the incident leaving one officer with broken ribs and another with a back injury.
Adam Leek, aged 40, was charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, two counts of assault of an emergency worker, dangerous driving and driving while disqualified and without insurance.
Reiss Crombie, aged 32, James Delaney, aged 36, Samuel Hall, aged 29, and 22-year-old Joshua Selvey were also charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, with an additional charge of possession of cannabis for Hall and Selvey.
At Birmingham Magistrates Court, Leek and Hall were remanded in custody and the other three were released on conditional bail to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on 9 October.
