Bleed kits have been installed around the Digbeth district today to help save lives in the future.
Fifteen kits were raised from the Daniel Baird Foundation, ran by Lynne Baird, and have been placed near or outside venues.
It follows the deaths of Daniel Baird in 2017 and most recently Cody Fisher on Boxing Day.
Lynne Baird was at the launch and said: "There's been many lives saved, about ten to date and even in the first week of the first kit, it was used to save a life.
"Since then, like I said at the time, these kits will save lives.
"There is quite a few around here but nowhere near enough. That's why I'm delighted, we're putting these out."
Lawrence Barton, Chairman at Southside Business Improvement District, said: "The fact that is hasn't got or isn't part of a Business Improvement District, it's taken so long to put help into this area for incidents like these."
Plans are now being pushed for bleed kit training to be taught in Primary Schools and for more kits out on the streets.
