Elderly woman assaulted and robbed in Bromsgrove
Officers in Bromsgrove are appealing for witnesses and any information following the assault and robbery of an elderly lady on 13 April.
The 80 year old woman was seriously assaulted on Chapel Walk after leaving the HSBC bank near-by and her handbag together with a quantity of cash was stolen. The victim suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
PC Richard Longfils said: “We would like to speak to the man in the CCTV image as we believe he may be able to help with our ongoing investigation and would also ask that anyone passing by the location of incident who may have dash-cam footage to also please get in touch.”
