West Midlands Police have charged two men in connection with the murder of a man in Dudley on Friday (June 21st).

Officers discovered Mohammed Osman Khan with serious stab injuries after they were called to an address on Buffery Road in the town just after 6:05pm.

The 45-year-old man required immediate medical treatment and was seen by emergency services at the scene.

However, despite their best efforts, Khan succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A murder investigation was launched following Mohammed's death and following initial queries, two men have now been charged with murder.

Annib Khan, 29, was confirmed to have been charged with murder, whilst Zayn Khan, 21, was charged with affray by the force.

Both men will appear before Dudley Magistrates' Court on Monday (June 24th) in connection with their charges.

Mohammed's family released a statement following his death, saying that he felt "great sadness" at his loss.

"It is with great sadness that we have lost our beloved Mohammed Osman Khan better known as Ozzie," the family said.

"He was a very fun, loving loyal character and would do anything for anyone, a loving father, uncle and brother. He leaves behind his wife and four children.

"A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un."
