Another man charged with murder after Leicester stabbing

Another man has been charged in connection with the death of a teenger who was stabbed in Leicester.

Abdirahim Mohamed, 18, was found at 11.45pm on the evening of Wednesday 8 September in Melbourne Street, Leicester, with multiple stab wounds. He died in the early hours of Thursday 9 September.

Bhavic Parmar, 25, of Bowling Green Street, Leicester, has been charged with the offence this evening (Friday) following his arrest yesterday (Thursday).

He's the sixth man to be charged in connection with his death:

Daniel Pollard, 29 of Calder Road, Leicester, charged with murder

Abdul Hemid Suleman, 58 of Jupiter Close, Leicester, charged with murder

Mohammed Hansrod, 29, of Dulverton Road, Leicester, charged with murder

Muhamad Firoz Khan 32, of Apollo Court, Leicester, charged with assisting an offender

Khatib Gul, 57, of Apollo Court, Leicester, charged with assisting an offender

Parmar has been remanded into custody and will appear in court today (18th September)
