A teenage boy's been stabbed in Kings Norton

It happened at a McDonalds on Parsons Hill yesterday afternoon

Police are investigating after a teenage boy was stabbed during disorder in McDonalds on Parsons Hill, Kings Norton just after 4.30pm yesterday (16 Oct).

The 16-year-old was found a short distance away at a snooker hall, having sustained a stab wound. He was taken to hospital with a serious back injury where he remains today. His condition is described as not life threatening or life changing.

The restaurant was evacuated and no-one else was injured.

Officers are studying CCTV and speaking to witnesses to establish who was involved and what happened.
