A man's been robbed of his mobile phone and threatened with a knife in Bournemouth.

The 33 year old victim was approached by two men on East Overcliff Drive, near the Red Arrows Memorial Sculpture, between 7.00 and 7.30pm last Saturday evening (19th November).

He was riding an electric hired scooter and the men asked how the scheme worked.

He got his phone out to show them the app, when one of them grabbed it and the victim's arm.

The victim tried to get it back, when one offender took a large knife from behind his back - he ran away leaving the phone and the scooter.
