Woman subjected to indecent exposure in Bournemouth

Dorset Police want to hear from any witnesses

A woman in her 20s has been targeted during an indecent exposure incident in Bournemouth.

The victim was walking along Derby Road when it happened at around 6.05pm last Wednesday evening (19th October).

A man was standing near to some bushes when he exposed himself to her.

A suspect is described as:

  • White
  • Aged in his late 40s or 50s
  • Grey or white hair, with a bald patch at the front
  • Wearing a smart blue shirt
  • Smart trousers

PC Olivia Holt, of Bournemouth police, said:

“I am carrying out a number of enquiries into this incident and would ask anyone who witnessed what happened to please get in touch.

“I understand there was a woman walking down the road at the same time who may have witnessed the incident and I would urge her to please come forward.

“Also, I am keen to appeal to any motorists who may have been travelling in the vicinity of Derby Road and may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
