A Bournemouth drug dealer's been jailed for 30 months, after admitting possession with intent to supply Class As.

23 year old Django Element was seen by police in July 2022, leaving an address in Suffolk Road and meeting a close of drug users, close to a play park.

He 'made exchanges' with them and returned to the property.

Element then met them again a short time later, with officers finding him in possession of £200 in cash.

In custody following his arrest, 14 wraps of suspected class A drugs were found on him, while a search of his belongings at the Suffolk Road address uncovered heroin and cannabis.

Element was charged and has now been sentenced at Lewes Crown Court in West Susseex.

PC Stuart Grant, of Bournemouth police, said:

“We fully recognise the harmful and damaging impact drug dealing has on local communities and we will relentlessly pursue anyone who is supplying drugs in Dorset.

“Through this investigation we were able to bring Element before the courts to face justice for his actions.”
