Police make further arrests after man found injured in Bournemouth

Police investigating a suspected assault on a man found with serious injuries in Bournemouth have made two further arrests.

Dorset Police received a report at 8.36pm on Wednesday (12 October) that a man had been located injured outside an address in Southcote Road.

The man was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were believed to be serious but not life threatening.

Following enquiries by detectives from Bournemouth CID, two local men – aged 38 and 39 – were arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent.

A 36-year-old Bournemouth man previously arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent remains on police bail as detectives continue to carry out enquiries.
