It's in place from 6am until 8pm with a warning that flooding is possible.

The warning covers most of Wales, Greater Manchester and Lancashire as well as parts of Merseyside, Cumbria and Cheshire.

Disruption expected

The Met Office are warning bus and train services could be affected with journey times taking longer.

Spray and flooding on roads is also likely to lead to hazardous conditions for drivers.

They also say some interruption to power supplies and other services is possible.

Whilst large parts of the country are likely to be affected by tomorrow's rain, Wales and the Northwest are likely to see the greatest volume of rain.

People are being asked to prepare by planning their journeys and checking for disruption before they leave.
