Eight year old boy dies after collision in Kirton Lindsey

An eight-year-old boy has died after a collision at Kirton Lindsey.
The incident occurred yesterday afternoon.
A two-vehicle collision involving a grey Mercedes and a white Mitsubishi was reported after 1pm.
This happened on the B1398, at the junction with the B1205.
The young boy was sadly pronounced dead at the scene, several other people sustained minor injuries.
His family have been made aware and specialist officers are working to support them.
Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to contact them.
