A 12-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman died in Sheffield.

Police were called to the Greenhill area last night after getting reports of a collision between a car and a woman in her 60s.

Yorkshire Ambulance Service and South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service were also at the scene, where the woman died.

A 12-year-old boy was later arrested on suspicion of murder and possession of a bladed article. He remains in police custody.
