Ashley Dale: Two more men charged with murder of council worker

The 28-year-old was found with a gunshot wound in the back garden of her home in Liverpool

Detectives investigating the murder of Ashley Dale in Liverpool have charged two more men in connection with her killing.

At around 12.40am on Sunday, 21 August 2022, officers were called to an address in Leinster Road, Old Swan following reports of concern for a woman at the property.

Emergency services attended and found Ashley in the back garden with a gunshot wound to her body. Ashley was taken to hospital but sadly died a short time later.

The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised Merseyside Police to charge the following men with murder:

Niall Barry, 26, of Moscow Drive, Tuebrook.

Sean Zeisz, 27, of Longreach Road, Huyton.

Both men are remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court, tomorrow, Tuesday 14th February.

Officers are continuing to ask anybody with information that may help with their investigation to come forward.
