Police are appealing for witnesses, CCTV and dash cam footage following a collision on Stainton Way, Middlesbrough.

The collision happened around 8:15am on Thursday 20th October, involving a Renault Arkana and an 11-year-old boy.

The boy suffered a fractured skull which is not believed to be life threatening and was taken to James Cook University Hospital for treatment.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone who may have CCTV or dash cam footage is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting incident number 188424.
