Death of woman in Stockton no longer being treated as suspicious
Police released an update on the investigation
Police have confirmed the death of a 41-year-old woman in Stockton is no longer being treated as suspicious.
Officers were called out yesterday to High Newham Court, (7th May) and were awaiting the result of a post-mortem.
This has since been completed. Officers say following the outcome the woman's death is no longer being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
A 41-year-old man who had been arrested has now been released with no further police action.
