Tributes paid to 25 year old woman killed in Darlington crash
Natalie Marshall was fatally injured in a crash at Coatham Mundeville on Friday
Tributes are being paid to a 25 year old woman who died in crash on the outskirts of Darlington on Friday.
Police were called to the A167 near Coatham Mundeville at around 3:15am to reports a Mercedes car had left the road and hit a tree.
The driver, 25 year old Natalie Marshall. was pronounced dead at the scene.
A man in his 20s, who was a passenger in the car, was taken to James Cook University Hospital with serious injuries.
In a tribute, Natalie's family said:
“Natalie was a very well-loved daughter, sister, auntie, and friend. We can’t put into words how we all feel about the loss of the biggest and strongest personality we knew.
“Natalie would light up the room as soon as she walked in, she was the most hard working and selfless young woman.
“We are well and truly heartbroken by this tragedy. I know for sure she has a place in many people’s hearts.”
Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone who captured dashcam footage of the crash to get in touch.
