Searches in Billingham continue for missing 18 year old

Searches continued in the Billingham area this weekend in connection with the disappearance of Lewis Penfold-Roche, 18.

Lewis was last seen around 6pm on Sunday 28th January 2024, on Station Road in Billingham, heading towards Central Avenue.

Last week, officers expanded their search parameters and have been searching areas from Billingham Beck Valley Country Park towards Billingham Golf Course. On Sunday 18 February 2024, officers from the Police Marine Team assisted Cleveland Police with searches in Billingham Beck Valley Country Park and surrounding areas.

Lewis is described as having a London accent, 6ft tall, mousey brown hair which is short on the sides and longer on the top. He was last seen wearing a dark red coat, green/silver backpack with the word “Hype” written on it, black jogging bottoms, a black skeleton jumper and dark grey Adidas trainers.
