Friends of a Darlington schoolboy who died after falling through the roof of Darlington’s Cattle Mart say something needs to be done.

15-year-old Kyle Hull was taken to hospital after the fall on April 7th, and died days later.

His friend said: “People have been saying to me they should get it knocked down, they’ve been wanting to do it for years.

“We’ve known Kyle for ages, it couldn’t have happened to a nicer lad.”

They are holding a fundraiser in his memory tonight, April 17th at the 4Motion skate park.

The proceeds will be split between his family and the Children’s Trust.
