Landline users in Redcar having issues with 999 calls

Cleveland Police say some members of the public in certain parts of Redcar may experience no dial tone and be unable to make outgoing calls INCLUDING DIALLING 999 from their landline.

Telephone companies are working hard to resolve the issued.

Callers using their mobile phone will still be able to conact emergency services as normal.
