Oxford City say some of their players were racially abused during their one-all draw at Darlington on Saturday.

The club issued a statement after their national league north game.

The hoops said the alleged incidents occurred towards the end of the first half and that they've been reported to all relevant authorities.

The club say they'll co-operate with investigations to find out who was responsible.

And they added that they are an inclusive club and won't tolerate discriminatory behaviour.

Darlington has asked for witnesses to come forward and give evidence.

The result left Oxford City in 18th position four points clear of the relegation zone.
