Motorcyclist dies after crash in County Durham
He died in hospital after the incident on Friday
A motorcyclist has died after being involved in a crash in Billingham.
Emergency services were called to Seal Sands Road at around 4.10pm on Friday, after a collision with a Yamaha bike and a Ford Focus.
The rider, 58 year old Paul Collison, was rushed to James Cook Hospital, where he later died.
An investigation is now underway, and officers wants to speak to members of the public who are witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to contact Durham Police on 101. Officers are particularly looking for anyone with dashcam to come forward.
Police say Paul's family are being supported by specially trained officers.
