Man to appear in court charged with attempted murder

A 25-year-old man who has been charged with attempted murder and will appear at court later today.

Enquiries are continuing into the incident which happened at an address on Hubbard Walk, Middlesbrough, last Friday, which left a 35-year-old man with serious injuries, he remains in hospital.

The 22-year-old man who was also arrested yesterday, has been released on police bail.

Cleveland police said:

"Detectives urge anyone who has any information in relation to the incident, and has not yet come forward, to contact police. Dial 101, press 1 and pass information to the force control room, quoting reference number SE24091952."
