Hartlepool Dispersal Order to Tackle Antisocial Behaviour

Author: Micky WelchPublished 24th Jul 2024

A dispersal order is in place in Hartlepool following increased reports of antisocial behaviour.

The order is in place for 48 hours (until Thursday evening) - the maximum length of time that legislation allows - means that those involved in antisocial behaviour in the designated area can be asked to leave the area immediately. Should they return to the location within the 48 hours, they could be arrested.

The dispersal zone is shown within the red boundaries in the map below.
