The Miller Difference

The Miller Difference is about trust, helping where we can and keeping you involved.

We're enormously proud of the homes we've built over the last 80 years and we've been listening and learning from our customers throughout that time. From insisting on the best workmanship and the highest quality materials, right through to recognising our responsibilities to the environment.

During this time we've seen many generations of families enjoy our homes and developments, and we've seen the happy, thriving communities they've become.

The most important people are the customers who buy our homes, live in them, and raise their families in them. We have a five star rating (that's the best possible) for Customer Satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation.

Even better, in our independent customer satisfaction surveys, 95% said they would recommend us to their best friend. That's the real barometer of our quality, our service and the trust people place in us.
