Fatal Collision in Middlesbrough: Man Charged
A 16 year old boy was killed during a police pursuit on Tuesday night
A 29 year old man was tonight charged with causing death by dangerous driving, and with driving document offences. He has been remanded to appear at Teesside Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Thursday 16th March).
The 17-year-old girl, 22-year-old man and 17-year old boy arrested in connection with the incident in the Park Road North area of Middlesbrough on Tuesday night have been released without charge.
