Well that's what a Hartlepool mans hoping. 24 year old Adam Foster weighed over 16 stone 7 years ago...but after meeting bodybuilding competitors decided to fight the flab and pack on the muscle.

Adam's Transformation started when he was in his mid-teens when he was inspired by WWE wrestlers.

Now an aspiring YouTube star with his own website, Adam is hoping to inspire others to follow in his footsteps.
