Further CCTV Footage Released after Attempted Robbery at Devine’s Newsagents in Grangetown

Further CCTV footage is being released by police of another male that officers wish to speak to in connection with an attempted robbery at Devine’s Newsagents on Clynes Road in Grangetown.

The attempted robbery happened at around 6:20am on Saturday 20th February when a man entered the premises armed with a knife and demanded money from a female member of staff before leaving empty-handed. Police would like to speak to the man in the footage as it is believed that he may be able to assist with their enquiries.

It is believed that the person responsible is described as white, around 5 ft 7” tall, of slim build, aged in his late teens and wearing a blue hooded top with the hood pulled over his face and light coloured tracksuit bottoms.
