Biker dies following Hartlepool crash
A man has died following a collision in Hartlepool yesterday evening, Monday 28th November. 56-year-old Martin Dixon from the Billingham area was travelling on a motorcycle along the A179 Easington Road in Hartlepool, adjacent to Sheraton Court Care Home, when the collision happened at around 7.05pm.
He suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The collision also involved a black Citroen C3. The driver of this vehicle was uninjured. Martin leaves behind a wife and two children. The family have asked for their privacy to be respected at this difficult time.
