Remembering Rebecca provides specialist equipment for local children with brain conditions such as specialist bikes and car seats and sensory toys.

In Summer 2015, the organisation decided to put together a creating memories project to provide days out for siblings and or the whole family.

TFM's Cash for Kids were approached and asked if we could help support this project. Fortunately, due to the amazing efforts of our supporters and fundraisers, we could!

On Saturday 27th September we were able to take 15 families to the Alan Shearer centre for the day to use the facilities there. Other projects include pizza making parties, pamper days, soft play and even allowing some children to mascot at a Middlesbrough FC football match!

Cash for Kids were able to grant £600 to Remembering Rebecca for these projects, as part of the Cash for Kids Rolling Out The Rewards campaign, in association with Tees Valley Community Foundation.

The campaign provides equipment and facilities for local groups working to support disadvantaged and disabled children.

If you think your cause is what we're looking for then apply now for some of this incredible £50,000 of funding. The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Monday 19th October 2015.
