On Sunday 8th June, biannual charity sporting event Soccer Aid returns to Manchester’s Old Trafford football ground!

Football legends, supporters and celebrities will all come together to raise money and help save children’s lives around the globe.

UNICEF UK Ambassador Robbie Williams will lead the England team against Michael Sheen’s Rest of the World side for a classic match in front of tens of thousands of fans.

Managed by Sam Allardyce, England’s celebrities include Olly Murs, Mark Owen, Paddy McGuniess, John Bishop, Michael McIntyre and Jack Whitehall.

They’ll go head-to-head with the Jose Mourinho managed Rest of the World squad that boasts Gordon Ramsey, James McAvoy, Patrick Kielty and many more!

Speaking to Entertainment NOW!, Olly Murs says he spent his 30th birthday training for the match and it’s been taking its toll on his body.

He said: “You’ve got to spread your legs pretty much as far as they can go and you have to go down in a squat position with some big weights. Basically my bum cheeks – they are in bits at the moment!”

Tickets for the match at Old Trafford cost from just £20 for adults and £5 for children under 16 and over 65s. All profits from ticket sales go to UNICEF.
