Is it real or fake?

Robbie Williams has revealed a huge tattoo to his Instagram followers. Taking to the social media site he simply posted, 'UH OH.' with a topless photo of himself with his hands on his head.
The fans's reaction to his new addition was very mixed, one fan commented, 'I guess is a fake!', sic whilst another said, 'Looking very sexy robbie Williams that tattoo looks fantastic and amazing love to you and your little family xxxx 💜 💜 💜 💜'. sic
One more fan commented, 'why did you do that ? was it really necessary?' sic
However, some eagle-eyed fans have been quick to notice that the photo appears to be the same as one that Robbie's wife Ayda Field posted a couple of years ago - without the tattoo. In June 2016 Ayda posted the photo with the caption, 'Look who I bumped into on the way to the shower @robbiewilliams', receiving just over 6K likes.
If this latest tattoo is indeed a fake, which it clearly looks like, it's unclear what it is for. Perhaps more will be revealed in the coming weeks?
Earlier this year Robbie opened up about his struggle with mental health, explaining how sometimes he gets overwhelmed by problems, but at other times he needs it to get on stage.
In an interview he also revealed he has been close to death many times and compared his life to that of George Michael who sadly passed away on Christmas Day in 2016. Robbie went on to explain how George Michael's death made him reassess his own lifestyle.
The singer, who has been married to Ayda Field for seven years, has two children with his wife and has previously said that Ayda saved his life by keeping him on the straight and narrow.
Robbie was on tour in Australia earlier this year, having cancelled some shows last year due to ill health. In October 2017 the 'Candy' singer revealed more details about why he cancelled his shows, explaining in a video uploaded to YouTube that he was "recovering from an illness for the last five weeks" and this illness meant that he couldn't continue with his tour.
Last year Robbie also released a brand new album called 'Under The Radar Volume 2'. This album is a follow-up to his 2014 album 'Under the Radar Volume 1' which featured b-sides and demos which had never been heard before.
