Phillip Schofield sent Holly Willoughby the SWEETEST gift ahead of I'm A Celebrity debut
Friendship goals! ❤️
Last updated 19th Nov 2018
They are two of the best friends in showbiz, so it's no surprise that Phillip Schofield was super excited for his fellow This Morning host Holly Willoughby to make her debut on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here last night (Sunday 18th November).
Holly, who is standing in for Ant McPartlin, joined regular host Dec Donnelly to launch the 2018 series and she divided viewers with her presenting skills.
After Holly's impressive debut last night, her friend Phillip returned to host This Morning today with stand-in presenter Rochelle Humes, and he was full of praise for the 37-year-old.
Admitting she was very 'nervous', Phillip revealed the sweet gift he had delivered to her dressing room ahead of the show. Phillip said, "She was so good, so good. I left a bottle of Champagne in her dressing room, which obviously helped.
"I thought it was absolutely fantastic, a really great show with some very funny bits."
Meanwhile, despite a number of viewers thinking Holly and Dec had no 'chemistry', the show was watched by 750,000 more people than last year's launch, with viewers peaking at 11.9 million.
