Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon Are Living Separately

Nick Cannon has revealed that he and his wife Mariah Carey are living separately.

Speaking to The Insider, the 33-year-old American Idol host admitted that they were suffering marriage troubles - but denied any infidelity.

“There is trouble in paradise," Cannon revealed. "We have been living in separate houses for a few months.”

Despite the marriage problems, Nick said that their three-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe – aka ‘Dem Babies’ – are now their “main focus”.

A spokesperson for Mariah Carey said: "I am not commenting on Mariah's personal life, but Mariah is focusing on her children and her upcoming tour."

Notorious for their very public displays of affection on social media, Nick has not tweeted about Mariah since November 2013 and Mariah’s post about Nick on Instagram came on Father’s Day in June.

The couple last graced a red carpet at the SAG Awards back in January and their last public sighting came at Mariah’s live performance on MTV in February.

Nick and Mariah married at the ‘Hero’ singer’s private estate on Windermere Island in The Bahamas on 30th April 2008.

Both multi-millionaires, they share four lavish homes in New York, Los Angeles, Aspen, and Windermere Island.
