Lorde Slams Diplo After He Body Shames Taylor Swift
The DJ starts "Get Taylor Swift A Booty" campaign
Lorde has jumped to her best friend Taylor Swift’s defence after a American DJ Diplo took a swipe at her body on Twitter.
Yesterday evening Diplo – real name Thomas Wesley Pentz – posted a bizarre tweet out of the blue, telling his 1.3million followers: “someone should make a kickstarter to get taylor swift a booty.”
Despite facing a fierce backlash from Taylor Swift’s army of fans, Diplo then tweeted “body shaming myself right now” and added “are taylor swift fans called the swift boat veterans?”
Adding further fuel to the fire and clearly enjoying his trolling, he then started sharing links to a petition on crowd-funding site Fundly set up by one of his followers.
Titled Get Taylor Swift A Booty, the creator of the page Eric Spivak writes: “Taylor Swift Still Needs Your Help!
“Any true supporter of TSWIFT would definitely not pass up this opportunity to improve her posterior! Spread The Word If You Believe In Magic!'
The campaign has so far raised a pitiful $45 from 28donations so far.

Clearly not impressed by Diplo’s antics, 18-year-old Lorde slapped down the man twice her age by poking fun at his manhood.
She wrote: “Should we do something about your tiny penis while we're at it?”
Rumoured to be dating Katy Perry, Diplo has produced tracks for a galaxy of big name stars including Britney Spears, Jessie J, Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Rita Ora and Iggy Azalea.
A collaboration with Lorde or Taylor Swift now looks highly unlikely!
