Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds Expecting Baby Together!

Blake Lively has announced she’s expecting her first child with her husband Ryan Reynolds!

27-year-old Blake made the exciting announcement on her website Preserve cryptically embedded within an editorial post titled Preserve Celebrations: Falling for Family.

It reads: "Preserve at its core is about family. Family is the single word our founder, Blake built this home on. We have something for men, for women, for the old, but we realized, we don’t have anything for the new.

“With family on our mind, we looked to the origin of it all -- to the women in our lives who are right there, at that special moment; at the creation of family.

"Congratulations to all the expecting mothers out there. And thank you for being a part of our Preserve family."

The post includes various photos of pregnant women and postcard happy families before ending with a shot, taken by her brother Eric Lively, of a pregnant Blake clutching her baby bump.

The actress has previously made no secret of the fact she wants to be a mum, joking to Allure in 2012: “I’d love 30 (kids) if I could.”

Echoing her comments, Ryan, 37, told Details earlier this year: “We'd love to have a big family. We both come from big families - my parents did four. Blake's did five.

“A lot of people say it's crazy, but we'll only know when we're there, you know? We'll walk through that fire pretty happily, I think.”

Blake and Ryan first met while shooting the 2011 movie The Green Lantern and married in a private ceremony in South Carolina in September 2012.

Ryan’s ex wife Scarlett Johansson gave birth to her daughter with Romain Dauriac, Rose Dorothy, last month.
