Woman arrested after child, no older than four, slapped in Dundee
She has been released pending further enquiry
A 34 year-old woman has been arrested after a girl, no older than four, was slapped at a bus stop in Dundee.
It happened around 1.10pm yesterday on South Road.
Officers confirmed yesterday they had traced the small child who was “safe and well.”
The woman has been released pending further enquiry.
