Teenager charged with attempted murder in Dundee
He is appearing at Dundee Sheriff Court
A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted murder where the alleged victim was found lying in a road.
Police Scotland said the 38-year-old man was found lying in Strathmartine Road, Dundee, with serious injuries at around 12.35am on Tuesday, July 9.
He was taken by ambulance to the city's Ninewells Hospital for treatment.
The 19-year-old was due to appear in court on Monday.
Earlier this month a 24-year-old man was also arrested and charged in connection with the attempted murder.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted murder on a 38-year-old man in Strathmartine Road, Dundee on Tuesday, July 9 2024.
"The 19-year-old man is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday, July 29 2024."
