Prisoner who allegedly absconded for more than a week is traced
Sean McGovern went missing from HMP Castle Huntly on 11th June
A man who allegedly absconded from HMP Castle Huntly in Dundee has been traced following more than a week of searching.
39-year-old Sean McGovern went missing on Sunday, 11th June 2023.
Police have said he will appear at Perth Sheriff Court tomorrow. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
