Death of woman in Dundee unexplained
The woman's body was found in a Dundee property yesterday
The death of a woman found in a house in Dundee is being treated as unexplained.
Officers were called to the city's Balunie Avenue around 3:45pm yesterday.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3.45pm on Monday, 26 February, 2024, police were called to a report of a woman found unresponsive within a property in Balunie Avenue, Dundee.
“Emergency services attended and the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The death is being treated as unexplained and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
