Body found in Dundee in search for missing woman

A body has been found in the search for a missing woman in Dundee.

Officers made the discovery in the Claverhouse Road area around 10:20am today.

Formal identification is still to take place but the family of missing 56 year-old Tracey Todd has been informed.

Tracey Todd was last seen around 8pm last Friday in the Mill O’ Mains area of the city.

A police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.20am on Tuesday, 13 February, 2024, the body of a woman was discovered in the Claverhouse Road area of Dundee.

Formal identification is yet to take place however the family of missing woman Tracey Todd has been informed.

The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
