Officers were called to the Howff in the Ward Road area of the city around 9.20am this morning.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told Tay news:
“Around 9.20am on Monday, 27 November, we were made aware of a body found in the Ward Road area of Dundee.
“The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
