Attempted break-in at Scone business
Damage was caused to the entrance of the business
Damage was caused to the entrance of a Scone business following an attempted break-in.
The attempted housebreaking happened at around 3:45am at a business on Perth Road, Scone.
Police say initial enquires suggest that two men dressed in all black were in the area at the time.
Appeal for witnesses and CCTV footage
Constable Kirsten Clark said: "Although entry to the premises was not gained, damage was caused to the entrance and we are working to trace those responsible.
"We encourage anyone who noticed anything suspicious, including any vehicles nearby, to get in touch.
"I would also ask anyone with private CCTV or dash-cam footage to review it, as it could provide crucial information for our investigation."
