Three charged after death of man who fell from Dundee block of flats

The 36-year-old died in hospital a week after he fell from the flats on the 10th January

Three people have been arrested and charged following the death of a 36-year-old man after he fell from a block of flats on Morgan Street, Dundee, on Wednesday 10th January 2024.

He died a week later in Ninewells Hospital.

Police have now charged a 38-year-old woman with culpable homicide and a 50-year-old man and 41-year-old woman with abduction and extortion following the incident.

They will all be appearing in Dundee Sheriff Court on Thursday, 4th April, 2024.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Humza Yousaf’s brother-in-law, Ramsay El-Nakla, who is not one of those charged, was previously arrested in connection with the incident and released pending further investigations.
